The section describes the active groups and phenomena of aggregation that existed in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus and belonging to the so-called ‘second culture’ (“vtoraia kul’tura”) in the period from the beginning of de-Stalinization (1956) to the collapse of the Soviet Union (1991), divided by geographical area.
